After that, our guide has explained to us that we were going to visit the whole stadium, and that we had to walked behind the line because some trucks and cars could drive over there.
We have been inside the changing rooms and we have seen the different hurling t-shirts from each irish county. We have took some photos with the t-shirts of the 2015 champions.
We have felt how the players feel themselves before going out to the field.
And we have been in the room where the champion team celebrates its victory after the match.
Later we have been into a box, the place where wealthy people see the matches while they enjoy a lovely dinner.
Once in the museum, among some prizes, we have found Muhammad Ali shorts and a boxing glove from his fight in this stadium on 1972.
Having finished the visit, we have had some time to practise hurling, gaelic football, and we have also played different games to improve our abilities in that sports.
We have lunch at the stadium in a private room with view to the grass, and after that, we have gone to visit the Guinness Storehouse. We have learnt how beer is made, the importance of Arthur Guinnes for the Ireland history and we have had a soft drink in the highest part of the factory, the gravity bar.
Today, we have learnt a lot of things and, we have realised how important are gaelic sports and Guinnes for Irish people's culture.
Vanessa, Gloria and Pablo,
ResponderEliminarthank you very much for taking care of our children, and also for your effort and your availability.
Please, tell the Irish families how grateful we are. Our children have been welcomed and cared in a lovely way. They really enjoyed the time they spent with their Irish families.
It was a great week. We're sure they'll remember this experience all along their lives
THANK YOU VERY MUCH, see you on Sunday,
María
